AES Strainers
Paper Mills worldwide value AES strainers for their outstanding economical and reliable performance in many papermaking applications. AES strainers are used on savealls, deckers and in pulp mill applications for polishing shower white water and for removing felt hairs from recycled press water. The benefits of this system include substantial energy and water savings, highly effective fiber and solids removal, and reliable operation. The AES strainer has been the industry standard in pulp and paper mills for over 25 years. Over 1,000 of these highly reliable and efficient units are installed worldwide. Ideally suited for a wide range of applications, it is non-pressurized, easy and economical to operate, has few moving parts, and is capable of handling flow rates in excess of 2,800 gallons per minute. The low pressure shower and drive are easily accessible from the top of the strainer and its construction allows quick and easy monitoring of media conditions and performance.
Compositech stocks replacement parts for AES strainers including screens, screen cloths, rotating shower assemblies, drives, dispersion plates, and vacuum pumps for the vacuum assisted strainer models. Compositech also regularly completes total rebuilds of AES strainers for our pulp and paper mill customers. For a rebuild, our technical staff completely strips down the unit and repairs each component. Any components beyond repair are replaced by our manufactured parts. We apply new coatings to the unit and reassemble the strainer for increased operating efficiency.
We produce and stock Compositech designed and manufactured replacement parts for all models of AES Strainers. Our replacement parts meet or exceed the quality and material of OEM components.
