Filter Feed Systems

Our filter feed systems are typically designed of a fabricated stainless steel feed box assembly with an adjustable distribution plate.  Our 5500 series horizontal belt filters are designed with a feed box including dual serrated weir overflows for even distribution of the slurry.  We also use a fabricated HDPE feed assembly system with dual reverse flow fantails for our 4600 series.  We consistently use stainless steel seal fasteners, retainers, and supports and our feed seals are made of EPDM or neoprene.  The feed systems for all lines of our filtration equipment are designed as the first step in providing a uniform cake thickness for processing.
